Brian Jessel BMW: Since 1986

How it all began...

Having been taught everything there was to know about buying and selling automobiles by his father, Bernie Jessel, Brian Jessel began his career in the automotive industry at the age of 19.

In 1972, Brian moved to beautiful British Columbia, where he owned several different dealerships over the years, but was determined to fulfill his dream of owning a BMW dealership.

Brian accomplished this feat in May of 1986. He purchased the dealership in Abbotsford, painted the building white and opened a two-car showroom with three service bays. In his first year he sold 144 vehicles; twice as many as the previous owner had sold the year prior.

Within two years, the business outgrew the Abbotsford facility and the company relocated to Langley, where seven years of overwhelming success resulted in Brian Jessel BMW once again upgrading to a larger building in Coquitlam, BC in 1996. In September 2004, Brian Jessel BMW relocated to its new home in Vancouver, where the dealership has become a landmark and active partner in the community in addition to being a dealership that prides itself on providing first-class service and a unique BMW purchasing experience.
